We are Carey and Sean Tipple, a dynamic duo of real estate professionals with a deep-rooted passion for Charleston and a combined expertise that spans decades. Carey hails from Covington, KY, while Sean is a proud native of Dayton, OH. Carey holds a bachelor's degree in Merchandising from the University of Kentucky, while Sean pursued his education at The Ohio State University before graduating from the College of Charleston with a bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Economics. Sean's academic pursuits included an in-depth study of the Daniel Island development, a community he now proudly calls home for over 20 years.

Our paths converged on a co-ed soccer field, where a shared love for the game blossomed into a partnership in life and business. Sean introduced Carey to the charm of Charleston during the Cooper River Bridge Run in April 2002, and within two months, they made the city their home, embracing its unique lifestyle and opportunities.

Before diving into real estate, Carey and Sean honed their skills in the mortgage industry, with Carey excelling as a mortgage broker and Sean bringing his expertise as a mortgage banker. This background equipped us with invaluable insights into financing and lending, allowing us to navigate complexities and secure successful deals for our clients.

Our affiliation with Daniel Island Real Estate since 2004 and 2012 has been instrumental in our careers. We've had the privilege of representing the developer and working closely with builders on Daniel Island, gaining unparalleled expertise in this premier Charleston community.
